TLC Live! is an in-person peer support program that connects trained advocates with patients and caregivers in participating hospitals and transplant centers. Advocates offer compassionate, nonclinical support informed by lived experience.

Before participating, advocates complete TLC advocate training and any screening or volunteer requirements established by the host hospital. TLC works with hospital staff to integrate the program into each location’s existing volunteer and patient-support procedures.
